This commission fee is used later to purchase your chosen free gift, so you can see how this is incentive based. you are offered a free gift but in return you are required to complete an offer and fulfil the requirements for your free gift.

OK so you have to jump through a few hoops along the way and this takes a few weeks, but considering you are allowed to select any of the free gifts and most are very expensive it's not really asking that much is it?
